Group events


The Chew Chew offers a variety of options for large groups including customized menus, beverage packages, private seating, entertainment and more.  We treat every group with individual care.  When you are ready to plan your event you will sit with our Chef/Owner Scott Zimmer and he will gather up all the information we need to set up your personalized menu and Special Event Agreement.

The Special Event Agreement will highlight all the details of your event including cost per person, beverage options, guest count guarantee, deposit and payment requirements.  All events require a signed Special Event Agreement to be officially booked.  We are happy to put a date and time on hold while we work out the details.

Our mezzanine is a great semi-private space which holds up to 44 people on the second level.  It has a built in PA system which you are free to use for making a speech or announcements.  We normally arrange the tables on the mezzanine in groups of eight.  The restrooms are located on the main level.  The mezzanine is not equipped with an elevator and is not handicapped accessible.

Larger groups (over 45 people) are welcome to use our Main Level which holds up to 60 people.  The Main Level also has a PA system as well as two 42 inch TV monitors if you are making a presentation or have a slideshow.

If you have large group of 100 or more we offer the ability to use our entire facility.  We offer great packages for stand-up receptions which are popular for class reunions, weddings, corporate celebrations and birthday parties.

The Chew Chew is fully equipped, licensed and insured for providing food, beverage and service personnel for your next catered event.  Whether you are hosting an appetizer and cocktail reception for 500 or a wedding buffet for 200 the Chew Chew is ready to help.

These events often require special planning which might involve an advanced tour of the venue as well as a special tasting of the menu.   We are eager to please.

Our Chef/Owner Scott Zimmer will meet with you individually to walk you through the process.
